Slinger signaller NVQ Level 2 (QUB 762)

This NVQ is linked to the CPCS Card Scheme. You can complete the NVQ prior to CPCS testing or the other way round.

The process is relatively easy to understand. The procedure is as follows:

      1. Register Candidate (s)
      2. Portfolio Build
      3. NVQ Induction including profiling and evidence collection/collation
      4. Confirmation of underpinning knowledge
      5. Worksite Observations

This NVQ consists of 5 units:

         VR 01 – Conform to General Workplace Safety

         VR 02 – Conform to Efficient Work Practices

         VR 386 – Prepare Plant or Machinery for Operational Performance

         VR 396 – Direct & Guide the Movement of Plant & Machinery

         VR 397 – Arrange and Secure Loads

Remember this NVQ relates to lifting appliances such as cranes, lorry loaders and piling rigs.
