(A61) Appointed Person

To apply for this test you must have a current Managerial & Professional Health & Safety test (within the last 2 years) to be able to sit the tests.

Part One

The Theory question paper takes the form of a written test. The pass mark is 80% and the duration of this test is 1 hour 15 minutes (maximum).

Part Two

Is the practical element of the test. You are allowed a maximum of 6 hours 30 minutes to complete the lifting plan in a classroom scenario.

It is strongly recommended that the training provider profiles all candidates that wish to undertake these tests. Novices will require a 4 day training course.
